180th Anniversary Of Kulelı Military High School

As part of the 180th anniversary celebrations of Kuleli Military High School, we are pleased to announce the “2nd International Kuleli Virtual Cartoon Exhibition.” Kuleli, a historic and iconic institution, will be honored through the universal language of art, brought to life by lines drawn from around the world.

We would be truly honored to have you join us in this meaningful event. The exhibition is open to all national and international cartoonists, and we warmly invite you to take part by submitting your works inspired by the theme of “Kuleli.”

Terms of Participation:

a. As part of the 180th anniversary celebrations of Kuleli Military High School, an international virtual cartoon exhibition will be held with the theme of “Kuleli Military High School.”
b. The exhibition is open to all cartoon artists worldwide.
c. The deadline for submission is September 10, 2025.
d. Each participant may submit up to 3 artworks.
e. There are no technical restrictions.
f. Participants must also send a photo and a short CV including their full name, country, profession, age, email address, etc.
