Libex Vakfı ve Avrupa Konseyi ” İfade özgürlüğü ve tehlikede siyasi hiciv ” teması için 47 ülkeden 150 çizeri seçti.
Türkiye den Oğuz Gürel’in seçildiği bu yarışma sadece seçilen karikatüristlerin katılımına açık yarışma olarak düzenlenecek.
Ödüller 26 Eylül’de İtalya’da verilecek.
Dear Oguz Gurel,
The Center LIBEX – Foundation Giuseppe di Vagno (1889-1921) is launching its second international competition on the theme “Freedom of expression and political satire in danger”. In partnership with the Council of Europe and in collaboration with “Cartooning for Peace” and the multilingual information website www.voxeurop.eu .
The competition is not open to all, but on invitation of selected Editorial cartoonists citizens of or residents in one of the 47 member countries of the Council of Europe. A total of 150 cartoonists have been selected by the Libex Centre to represent the country in which they live.
You are one of the cartoonists selected to represent the country in which you live.
If you accept this challenge, you will find the rules of the Competition, the prizes to be awarded to the winners and the entry form, as well as the procedure for submitting your drawings on the https://form.jotform.com/

The deadline for submitting entries is 30 June 2020.
The Prizes will be awarded in Conversano (BA)-Italy, on Saturday September 26, 2020

Merkez LIBEX – Vakfı Giuseppe di Vagno (1889-1921) ” İfade özgürlüğü ve tehlikede siyasi hiciv ” konulu ikinci uluslararası yarışmasını başlatıyor. Avrupa Konseyi ile ortaklık halinde ve “ Barış İçin Karikatürler ” ve çok dilli bilgi web sitesi www.voxeurop.eu ile işbirliği içinde .
Yarışma herkese açık değil, seçilen Editoryal karikatüristlerin daveti üzerine Avrupa Konseyi’ne üye 47 ülkeden birinin vatandaşı veya sakinleri. Libex Center tarafından içinde yaşadıkları ülkeyi temsil etmek için toplam 150 karikatürist seçildi.
